It was so nice tonight. He let me take as many pictures as I wanted, without any fits or whining. It was HEAVEN! I got this shot that I absolutely am in LOVE with.

Salem, is capitol of Oregon, and in the heart of the Willamette Valley. This particular vineyard is just 5 miles from my house. All along the valley there are hillsides dotted with grape fields for many different wineries.



And have to admit, Barb's is better!

This is a picture of a building at the Willamette University located in
downtown Salem. It is the oldest college in Oregon ( Founding date Feb 1st 1842).

Easter

Drew had a very nice Easter. He had fun finding eggs, it was rainy, windy, and muddy. It was a quick hunt. On a bright side Drew has a new girlfriend. He hung around with Rachel all afternoon.

Black eye!

Yesterday Drew got hit with a belt......no literally! He was playing in our closest and yanking on the belts that are on a hook. One fell of and hit him on the eye. He tried so hard not to cry, but he did. His eye looks better today, as you can tell.

Coloring easter eggs

We had fun coloring Easter eggs today! Drew loved it, but was not fond that his fingers became stained.

This is my favorite bush. It is a Pink flowering currant, it blooms every year around this time.

Not that I am even close to portfolio building, but it was fun to practice on someone other than my family members.

I got to meet a little baby girl on Saturday that was born on Wednesday. It was my sister's SIL, and she was also taking pictures with her camera. So I didn't want to hog the space I only got a couple of shots. Here is my a couple of ones that were not to bad!
